Store Policy

  • How is my order shipped?
    • All packages shipped internationally (outside the UAE) are sent via Emirates Post, and each package is charged by weight. The more pins you order, the heavier your order will be & the more I will have to pay to ship your order to you. 

      Each package is registered & comes with a tracking number. 

      When your order ships, you will be notified with an email that contains your tracking number. It usually takes a minimum of 15 days for any package to reach the destination country. 

      If it has been over 60 days since your package was shipped and you still haven’t received it, please contact me ASAP & I’ll make an enquiry with the post office.

      Please note that if you enter the wrong address I will not be able to resend your package. You will have to order and pay the full price again. If you need to change your address before I've shipped your package please contact me ASAP.

      If you live in the UAE, please DM me for meet-ups in Dubai or drop offs via fetchr.

  • What happens if my package is lost?
    • Unfortunately in this case, there's nothing I can do. Once the package is handed over to the postal service, I can no longer be held responsible. 

      Please also note, in case of lost or missing packages, refunds will not be issued.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Unfortunately, I do not accept cancellations on preorders, but instock cancellations are acceptable.

  • What does 'preorder' mean?
    • A preorder means that the item has not been manufactured yet & you are paying to help fund the production of the item in exchange for the best of the batch. Preorder items may take between 1 - 3 months to be produced, depending on the designs and the quantities.

  • Can I order preorders and instocks together?
    • Yes! However you will have to wait for the preorder/s to be manufactured & sent to me before your entire order is sent. If you'd like to receive your instock pins ASAP, please place two separate orders.

  • Can I combine orders?
    • Yes! As long as your orders haven't been shipped I can combine them and refund you the extra shipping fees!
